Not only does Mittelmann develop and produce high value products, we can also provide consultancy services, training – for assembly and installation and operation – for all our products. All of our services have been developed using our own extensive experience and through co operation and dialogue with our customers.
Our product range includes full-body safety harnesses, personal ascending devices, fall arresters, safety lines, rescue devices, and complete person protection systems. We can tailor an individual solutions for nearly every application.
Furthermore, quality is of paramount importance to us at Mittelmann, the company has been certified under DIN EN ISO9001 since 1995.
Before shipment every article is rigorously tested in house, using our own measuring devices and dropping pit, to ensure that we can guarantee that 100% of the shipment is 100% qualified. Indeed, "Technology that saves lives."
Service and Training
We provide several services around the yearly inspection for safety articles, maintenance and training for the right and safe product usage. Please contact our Sales Department for further information.
Product Consultation：
We can advise you by telephone or personally on site concerning the proper use or proper choice of personal fall protection equipment, as well as permanently installed personal protective equipment and your options for height-work rescue equipment. We will then assemble the necessary equipment individually to fit your particular needs.
Assembly / Maintenance：
We assemble our permanent personal protection systems, horizontal protection systems, and climbing safety systems for the client on-site and when necessary perform repairs on our personal safety equipment.
Application training PSE：
We offer instruction for end-users in the operation and use of personal fall protection and rescue training.
Audit / Annual Inspection：
We perform the annual inspection of your personal safety equipment, incl. all full-body safety harnesses, belaying ropes/-straps and arrester gear as well as rappelling-rescue devices and retractable fall arresters manufactured by Mittelmann at an arranged appointment at your location (Note: repairs on belaying ropes and-straps can only be carried out by their specific manufacturer).
